Service Description

Your follow-up session will take place in the comfort of your own home and will include further hands-on soft tissue therapy and exercise prescription. As part of your treatment plan, the aim is to activate and align muscle groups, free up adhesions and improve posture and pain levels. This can also be booked as a maintenance session once you get back to a pain free level and you're happy with your movement levels and agility. Please take into account 5-10 minutes on top of your treatment time to allow me to set up.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact me at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours, your booking won't be refunded.
