I've put together a list of free resources. These are meant to help you on your way and keep you motivated in between treatments. Whether your movement and manual therapy treatments are for injury rehabilitation or for self-care reasons, the list below enhances these sessions. If you're just having a nosy around, feel free to keep nosing as I'm sure you'll find something you like. These resources are all meant to improve your wellbeing and empower women in general. I will also be adding a list of helpful links for those of you who are struggling with something outside of my remit and who would benefit from the help of other professionals or organizations. I also have some exciting collaborations in the pipeline, which will provide you with some free material and prizes to improve your wellbeing.

Find (mostly) healthy ways to nourish your body & improve physical wellbeing. Food, drink, essential oils- you name it. This isn't about weight loss or looking slimmer. I believe in nourishing your body and promoting health (and that most of us need treats to keep that up). I aim to have you feeling and looking healthy... and healthy comes in different sizes.

If you think this only concerns menopausal women, THINK AGAIN! There's lots you should be thinking about well before you start showing menopausal symptoms. But surely you don't need to know about this when you're in your teens or 20's? THINK AGAIN! Shocked? Skeptical? Curious? Yeah, so was I when I first heard. Menopause might not be a taboo topic anymore, but she's still a bitch and you may just need all the help you can get to prepare. Find out what on earth I'm on about.
