Service Description

Your first session will take place in the comfort of your own home and will start with a free consultation and postural assessment which will allow for a tailored approach. Your treatment will include hands-on therapy to activate and align muscle groups, free up adhesions and improve posture and pain levels. Please take into account 5-10 minutes on top of your treatment time to allow me to set up.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact me at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours, your booking won't be refunded.
